I have read and agree with the 'Terms and Conditions' of entering this 'Event' as stared on the Port Hacking Putters website.
Photographs will be taken on the day for promotional purposes. It is a condition of your registration that photographs of your boat and occupants can be used for this purpose.
I understand and agree to comply with the 'Approved Course Map' as approved by the RMS for this 'Event' and will follow the directions of organisers and course officials during the 'Event'.
'Bow Riding' was an issue in 2019 and as skipper I will be responsible to ensure this will not occur on my vessel during this years 'Parade of Vessels'.
I will ensure crew on my vessel comply with current NSW restrictions. If those onboard are members of the same household, there are no further rules which apply. If those onboard are not members of the same household I will ensure they maintain a physical distance of 1.5 metres from others, as much as possible.
As skipper I will act responsibly during the 'Event' and agree to indemnify and hold harmless the event organiser and sponsors from any and all liabilities, claims or actions whatever or however caused, arising as a result of or in connection with, directly or indirectly, my participation in and travelling to or from this 'Event'.
